All products are handcrafted in small batches. Orders are typically prepared within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated.

🇯🇲 Shipping Within Jamaica (Local Delivery)
Local delivery options are selected at checkout based on your location and preferred courier.
We work with trusted local delivery providers, which may include:
• Dryva
• Tara Courier Service
• Knutsford Express (depot pickup)
• Other selected local courier services
Delivery timeframes vary depending on destination, courier schedules, and service availability.
Once your order has been carefully prepared and handed to the courier, delivery is managed by that provider.
🌍 International Shipping
We offer two international shipping options:
International orders shipped via DHL Express benefit from fast, secure, door-to-door delivery with full tracking from dispatch to arrival.
Estimated delivery times:
• USA & Canada: typically 2–5 business days
• Caribbean: typically 2–5 business days
• Other supported destinations: varies by location
• Europe: not available at this time
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight and destination of your order.
For customers seeking a more economical shipping option, we also offer international shipping through the Jamaica Postal Service.
Estimated delivery time:
• Up to 3 weeks, depending on destination and customs processing.
Tracking information will be provided where available.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their destination country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient where applicable.
Once your order has been transferred to the selected carrier, delivery is managed by that carrier.
📦 Delivery Responsibility
Every order is prepared and packaged with care to ensure it leaves us in excellent condition.
Once a package has been handed to the selected courier or DHL Express, delivery is managed by that provider. While we are not responsible for delays, loss, or issues that occur during transit, we will gladly assist in communicating with the courier if a problem arises.
Responsibility for the package transfers to the customer once delivery has been confirmed by the courier.

Simply select this option at checkout and you will receive the necessary banking details to complete your payment securely.
Orders paid by bank transfer are confirmed only after funds have been received.
