Bee-Blazing Fire Cider is our small-batch take on a traditional herbal preparation, made with raw apple cider vinegar, warming roots, Jamaican herbs, citrus and spice.

Each batch is steeped slowly, allowing the ingredients time to release their depth and character into the vinegar before being finished with raw Jamaican honey.

The result is sharp, bright, earthy and invigorating, with a fiery warmth balanced by just enough honey.

Suggested Use

Shake well before use.

Enjoy a small amount on its own or dilute with water or tea. Bee-Blazing can also add a bold, tangy kick to dressings, marinades and broths.

Raw apple cider vinegar, garlic, onion, ginger, turmeric, thyme, rosemary, French thyme (oregano), cayenne pepper, pimento, black pepper, horseradish root, Guinea hen weed, Leaf of Life, lemongrass, lemon, star anise, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon and raw Jamaican honey.

Natural settling is normal. Shake well before use.

This is a concentrated, vinegar-based preparation. Enjoy in small amounts and dilute if preferred.

Contains raw honey. Not suitable for children under 12 months.
